Service Description: Health centre focused on family and community health * teaching clinic of the University of Ottawa's Family Medicine Program * partnership with Bruyère Continuing Care

Specialized clinics and services include:
  • Musculo-skeletal clinic
  • Mental Health (access to a psychiatric team for short term interventions and prevention)
  • Chronic Disease Management (systematic management of chronic disease to ensure best practices, education in self care, comprehensive care and prevention)
