Teaching clinic of the University of Ottawa's Family Medicine Program * partnership with Bruyère Continuing Care, the Ottawa Hospital and the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC)

Specialized clinics and services include:
  • Musculo-skeletal clinic
  • Healthy Lifestyle Clinic (prevention program, providing guidance in changes to lifestyle that will lead to improved health)
  • Mental Health (access to a psychiatric team for short term interventions and prevention)
  • Chronic Disease Management (systematic management of chronic disease to ensure best practices, education in self care, comprehensive care and prevention)
  • Adolescent clinic
  • Procedures clinic
  • Women's Health
  • Smoking cessation
  • Diagnostic Imaging (x-ray and ultrasound)

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
