Service Description: Organization dedicated to make a difference in the lives of children, who has been affected by serious physical, medical or social circumstances * provides special needs children a chance to visit Disney World where their ongoing struggles are forgotten * children are nominated by different agencies

Application: Visit the website * applications form are only accepted between October 1st and January 1st
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Children selected must meet the following criteria:

* The candidate will be between the ages of 6 and 12 on flight day (case by case exceptions may apply for developmental circumstances)
* The candidate has never visited any Disney theme park
* The candidate is affected by serious physical, medical or social circumstances
* The agency sponsoring the child provides support and/or services to the candidate and/or immediate family
* The candidate holds valid proof of citizenship, such as a Canadian birth certificate or Canadian passport
* The candidate is legally able to enter the U.S. and return to Canada
* The candidate will be physically, mentally and emotionally able to handle the flight and a long day in Orlando, Florida
* It is mandatory that children and their parents/guardians attend orientation day
