Service Description: Breathing testing, education and self-management support to help clients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) manage their conditions
  • Respiratory Educator, Clinical Health Promoter and Primary Care Practitioners provide assistance with smoking cessation
  • STOP nicotine replacement therapy program: clients who want to stop smoking can receive up to 26 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy coupled with individual counseling and support
