Service Description: Programme designed for people with Parkinson's Disease * hour long classes * ten-week sessions * programme begins with seated exercises and progresses to both standing supported and free standing travelling movements * adapted to suit each individual's abilities * live musical accompaniment

Classes are held at both The School of Dance (200 Crichton St, Ottawa, ON K1M 1W2) or at Dovercourt Recreation Centre, Carling Motors Room (411 Dovercourt Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A 0S9)
