Service Description: Naloxone take home kits are available to reverse the effects of an overdose from opioids

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Available to individuals who are:
* currently use using opioids
* past opioid user who is at risk of returning to opioid use
* a family member, friend or other person in a position to assist a person at risk of overdose from opioids
