Service Description: Result of a partnership between Somerset West Community Health Centre and the Catholic Centre for Immigrants * managed and operated by Somerset West Community Health Centre and co-located with the Catholic Centre for Immigrants * consists of three programs, all geared to serve refugee and new immigrants to Ottawa:
  • Ottawa Newcomer Clinic (temporary primary health care services)
  • Multicultural Health Navigator program (case management support, education and advocacy support)
  • Ottawa Language Access program (interpretation support for community based programs serving refugees and immigrants)
