Service Description: Public education and health promotion programs to Heart Institute patients, the families of patients, the general public and to workplaces and community groups in the Champlain District. Programming aims to develop awareness of heart disease risk factors and promote heart healthy lifestyles in areas such as smoking, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management
  • CardioPrevent Program: Free program to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease
  • Women@Heart Program: Free peer support program led by women with heart disease, for women with heart disease
  • Quit Smoking Program: Helps all adult smokers requiring assistance with making a cessation attempt
  • Resource centre
