Service Description: Short term respite care facility for parents of children with physical disabilities and/or complex medical needs * home for 11 children from infancy to 21 years of age * professionally-trained staff including registered nurses

The Respite wing for adults 18 and older is now also partially open * when it is fully operational, there will be occupancy for seven adults

Fees: Service - $10-30 per day, depending on program, call for more details
Application: Registration forms are available on site for the Children's Program. Adults are referred through Service Coordination and Developmental Services Ontario Eastern Region (DSOER).
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Respite care for parents of youth 21 years and under with physical disabilities, multiple special needs children and medically fragile/complex children. Respite Care for adults 18 years or older with physical disabilities.
