Small Claims Office: claims regarding money * damage and personal property disputes up to $25,000

Divisional Court Office: appeals from final and interlocutory orders of a judge of the Superior Court of Justice * appeals from the Case Management Master * appeals from final orders of the Small Claims Court * appeals from the decisions of various tribunals and statutory decision makers

Estates * probating and filing of wills for safekeeping
