Service Description: Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills * helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence

Academic Upgrading Program: helps individuals develop the necessary skills for entry into post-secondary education, apprenticeship training or employment.

Workplace Basic Skills Program: offers training in the following areas: Home Helper; Child Care Assistant; Preparation to enter a Personal Support Worker (PSW) program, Computer Skills Development course; Certificates for Employment course; Adaptive Learning Program

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum * must have facility in English
Age: 19.00 years and older
