Service Description: Offers affordable housing for people with low and moderate incomes and collaborates with others to develop safe and healthy communities. * Rental units include townhouses, apartments and rooming houses, seniors-only apartments, family high-rise buildings and row-house communities. * Units are available on a rent-geared-to-income basis or near market rent.

Fees: Program - Rent-geared-to-income basis. Rent is set to a social assistance scale or 30% of gross household income.
Application: Applications for subsidized housing have to be made to the Social Housing Registry at 613-526-2088. Applications for market rental units should be made directly to the Chapel Office.
