Service Description: Supports, develops and promotes policies, standards and programs related to the protection of human rights * newcomer settlement * fostering and recognition of the importance of volunteerism and volunteers * honors the accomplishments of outstanding Ontarians (OWD) and other commemorative functions. * Supports the Ontario Women's Directorate.

Newcomer Services: provides many programs and services to help newcomers settle * build their careers * further their education to become a vital part of the community

Volunteerism: Provides many programs and services to support volunteers and volunteerism in Ontario.

Honours and Awards for Ontarians who make Ontario a better place to live.
