Service Description: Delivers and funds programs and human services to Ottawa residents in need of housing services and long-term care.

Provides emergency shelter in a supportive environment to homeless families or individuals and assistance in obtaining appropriate long term affordable housing. * Ensures referral to appropriate emergency shelters for single, homeless individuals after regular business hours.

Fees: None
Application: Contact by phone to request an application for social assistance and referral to a shelter. For ongoing Ontario Works clients during regular business hours, they may contact their Case Coordinator directly for a referral.
