Service Description: Services for francophone adults with mental health problems

“Programme de soutien judiciaire”: For francophone adults with mental health problems and dealing with the criminal justice system * intensive case management * support through the judicial process * close collaboration with the mental health court and health services * relapse/rehospitalisation and reoffending prevention

The Supports in Social Housing program: Designed to help homeless adults with mental health problems (referred by Housing Base Case Managers working through the "Housing First" initiative of the City of Ottawa) * intensive case management focussed at obtaining housing and retaining it * help also offered to landlords to maintain safe housing options

“Programme de Soutien communautaire": For francophone adults with severe and persistent mental health problems * intensive case management * support to the psychiatric rehabilitation process and mental health promotion * activation of support networks

Fees: None - The “Ateliers de l’Élan”
Application: Supports in Social Housing and "Soutien Communautaire" programs: by referral
"Soutien Judiciaire" program: Call to make an appointment
