Service Description: Offers more than 90 educational, recreational and intramural programs are offered within two sports facilities.
  • Montpetit Hall, 125 University Private: 3 gymnasiums * 50-meter pool * 1 dance studio * fitness centre * 1 martial arts room * squash courts
  • Sports Complex, 801 King Edward Ave: Health and Lifestyle Centre * 1 multi-purpose room * squash courts * 2 ice rinks * 1 outdoor multisports field (football, soccer, rugby)
  • 200, Lees Multi-sports field : 1 multisports field covered with a dome during winter

Interuniversity Teams: Refer to the website for a listing and information

Intramurals: Offers a variety of sports to provide participants with a competitive or recreational experience

Campus Activities: Fitness * group fitness * instructional programs * outdoor activities * recreational activities * clubs
