The office building located at 2197 Riverside Drive is temporarily closed due to flood damage sustained on October 30, 2017. A temporary office will be open at 100 Constellation Dr, 8th floor, West. Registry clients with questions can contact the City of Ottawa at 613-580-2424 ext 27143.

Registry staff will be available to assist clients with completing applications at Housing Help (309 Cooper St, Ste 502) and Action Housing (261 Montreal Rd, Ste 200).
