Disability Tax Credit: (usually called the disability amount) reduces the income tax that a person with a disability has to pay.
Child disability benefit (CDB): is a tax-free benefit for families who care for a child under age 18 who qualifies for the disability amount. Information about the CDB can be obtained at https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/child-family-benefits/child-disability-benefit.html
Medical expenses deductions: medical expenses associated with a disability that can be claimed to reduce taxes.
Disability supports deduction: allows you to deduct certain expenses for supports that enable you to work or go to school.
Goods and Services Tax / Harmonized Sales Taxes (GST/HST): many goods and services used by people with disabilities are exempt from the GST/HST.
