Fees: Membership - non-resident membership fees * None - Membership free for residents of local and contracting municipalities
Application: Walk in to apply with photo ID including residential address.
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: No restrictions. Full public access for in library use. Borrowing materials requires membership.
Free library cards to residents of Arnprior, MNcNab/Braeside and Lanark Highlands;
Non-residents: $60/household for full library privileges.
