Service Description: Administration office for the provision of public library services in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, with branches in: Alexandria * Avonmore * Chesterville * Crysler * Finch * Ingleside * Iroquois * Lancaster * Long Sault * Maxville * Morrisburg * South Mountain * Williamsburg * Williamstown * Winchester

Meeting: Board meetings are held September-June, on the second Thursday of every month. All regular Board meetings are open to the public.
Fees: Membership - $35 per year membership fee for non-residents * Service - for some services * Method(s) of Payment Accepted - cash, cheque
Application: Proof of residency required * apply online or in-person at any branch
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Only registered members can borrow materials * facilities are open to the public, with visitors' privileges to use resources in-house.
