Service Description: Provides a variety of services to assist disadvantaged women who are entering the workforce.

Suiting Program: Provides women with a business outfit when she has a job interview * once the client successfully lands the job she returns to Dress for Success Ottawa for up to one week's worth of professional separates

Employment Retention Program: These programs focus on helping women remain employed, providing them with strategies to nurture your professional growth.

Dress Rehearsal Program: Women have the opportunity to participate in a simulated interview in the workplace of an HR professional as she prepares for her job interview.

Professional Women’s Group (PWG): Networking Association * helps to promote employment retention and career advancement by providing skill-building workshops and conferences in a safe environment

Application: All clients must be referred from registered referral agencies from around the National Capital Region * visit website or send an email for a list of referral agencies.
