Service Description: Provides comprehensive assessments, for persons over 65 years of age experiencing mental health problems including:
  • Behaviour problems and personality changes
  • Mood changes including depression and mania
  • Psychosis including suspiciousness and hallucinations
  • Anxiety
  • Memory loss and confusion
  • Medication review

Fees: None - with a valid OHIP card
Application: Referrals are made in collaboration with the family physician
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Persons 65 years of age and older experiencing mental health problems
Age: 65.00 years and older
Languages: English ; French
