Service Description: Services and activities include for those affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS): Information and referral * educational program for health professionals * public education * medical equipment loans program * support group meetings for patients and their caregivers * guest speakers provide insight and information on various topics of interest

Opportunities for patients and caregivers to socialize and help each other by sharing ideas and experiences.

Application: Registration with the Society is normally done at the time of diagnosis
