Service Description:
|
Members have access to Cancer Coaching services and programs to address the emotional, physical and practical needs of the whole-person and their family – through diagnosis, treatment, recovery and beyond to improve overall health and quality of life.
Each member works with a Cancer Coach to identify their own health and wellness goals and create an action plan.
