Service Description:

Adult Day Program for adults residing in their own homes- opportunities to socialize, participate in activities and enjoy a warm meal
- snacks provided
- recreation, activation, socialization and enjoyment
- stimulates all aspects of an individual’s overall well-being (physical, intellectual, education, social, emotional)
- modified activities to meet individual needs
- caregiver/client support
