sComputer, reading, writing, and/or math skills training needed for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education or independence * learners may participate in one-on-one tutoring sessions and/or small groups depending on learning needs and preference as determined at the time of assessment * students may choose their own schedules

Primarily serves adult learners ages 18 and older (some exceptions may apply) wanting to improve their essential skills to achieve their goals * must have facility in English and literacy skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum* must be able to demonstrate progress
