Service Description:

An intensive therapeutic intervention program for children between the ages of 6.5 and 11.5 at the time of referral who have difficulty functioning in a regular classroom * offered in partnership with the two local school boards * focus on mental health and educational needs * emotional and/or behavioural difficulties * an extension of the child’s community school * 4 core themes: * Safety * Learning * Belonging * Empowerment * clinical groups * curriculum based on the child’s grade level and ability
