Information for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, and their families and friends, via presentations, guest speakers, newsletters and a membership kit containing ingredient lists, recipes, lists of suppliers of gluten-free foods, etc.
- Assists in the education of professionals and the public with reference to the general management of the disease and the gluten-free diet;
- Information about where to buy and how to prepare special foods for those who have to eat gluten free;
- Holds events every year which feature speakers, vendors of gluten-free food, etc
- Member discount program - save at numerous local gluten-free businesses and restaurants
