Service Description: Integrated community mental health support services for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex needs

Services include:
  • outreach (outreach, court, hospital)
  • case management
  • housing
  • concurrent disorders treatment program
  • health promotion
  • Training and community development to respond to the needs of individuals with serious mental illness, education, training and distribution of materials

  • SafeTALK
  • ASIST
  • Integrated Treatment for Concurrent Disorders
  • Mental Health Works (for employers and employees in the workplace)
  • Living Life to the Full
  • Motivational Interviewing

Fees: Training workshops fees * None for client services
