Service Description: Financial assistance for individuals with a medical need for domiciliary care through established agreements with privately operated domiciliary hostels

Application: Contact the Housing Access Centre at 613-933-6282 ext 3210 or email humanservices@cornwall.ca to be placed on the waiting list
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 18 years and older with special needs, mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, substance use problems or who are frail or elderly and unable to cover the cost of domiciliary care
