Service Description: Supportive housing * housing is designed to allow individuals the flexibility to move from one level of support to another depending on individual needs * safe, clean and supportive environment

34 rental units under the supportive housing model for adults living with mental illness and/ or concurrent disorder * 66 Residential Services beds for adults 55 years and older who need support in their housing * Staff is available 24/7 to support residents based on their individual needs with the emphasis being recovery and promotion of independence * Healthcare provided on site

Fees: Rents are geared to recipients of Ontario Works and the Ontario Disability Support Program * Residential Services Program: contribution determined by the City of Ottawa
