Service Description:

On-call psychiatrist at the emergency department * the psychiatrist assesses the situation and a follow-up appointment is set up within 48 hours in the out-patient clinic * should hospitalization be required, a referral will be made to the in-patient unit by the doctor

Set fees * Covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Program

Application:

In case of an emergency, go to the emergency department for an appointment at the clinic * doctors can refer patients directly to the clinic, as is required
