Service Description: In person 2SLGBTQIA+ Adult Day Program Monday through Friday

Morning snack and full three-coursed hot meal prepared on site, chair fitness, group brain stimulating games, scheduled daily individual activities and many opportunities for social interaction

Live musical entertainment

Not able to accommodate smoking during program day

Fees: $21 (2025)

Eligibility / Target Population: 2SLGBTQIA+ frail adults 55 years and older and adults with physical disabilities or persons with early to mid-stage dementia or Alzheimer's disease * client must identify as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and must be mostly independent
