Service Description:

Accessible home renovations for seniors and adults recovering from injury or illness * works directly from occupational therapist
Services include bathroom safety modifications, grab bars, ramps, stair solutions, doorway widening, handrails and railings for interior stairs, and full accessibility projects
Also assists families with government funding applications, including the Home and Vehicle Modification Program, Home Accessibility Tax Credit, and Ontario Renovates * Progress updates and completion documentation provided to referring health professionals with client consent
Free Home Safety Assessment: one-hour visit with a written report by risk level
