The mission is to promote active living and fulfillment of francophone and francophiles 50 years and over * in partnership with the community, the RAFO:
- Offers a warm gathering place
- Organizes diverse activities and social, recreational cultural and educational programs
- Spreads awareness regarding services offered to seniors and assures a referral
