Service Description:

Offers effective interventions at the time of the crisis in order to reduce or divert unnecessary access to hospital emergency rooms
- police contact
- Children Protection Services
- Residential placement
- Available to respond to a crisis 24/7 and can be accessed when other services are unavailable at the time to respond to those in need
- Online Crisis Chat, chat.ysb.ca 24/7
- Short-term follow-up services and assessment for families or youth who are not presently connected with services or resources
- Services offered in both official languages (French and English)

Crisis Line, Chat Support and Mobile Interventions area available for youth between the ages of 0-17 and their families * The Residential Crisis Unit is for youth aged 12-15
