Service Description: Program offers screening and /or assessment for psychotic disorders by a multidisciplinary team
  • Education, support and outpatient care are also offered for both client and family for an up-to-three-year period depending on the individual, and on the needs of the family
  • Care includes: family-focused case management * medical interventions * family support and psychoeducation * client groups



Fees: Set fees, covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP)
Application: Referrals are accepted from * community and hospital physicians * allied health professionals * the general public * patients can also refer themselves
Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals 16-35 years old experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time that are not explained by drug use or other mental health problems and who reside in the Champlain Region
Languages: English ; French ; Spanish
Language Notes: Reception, programs, publications, and website available in French * French interpretation available upon request
