Service Description: A free 10-week fall prevention exercise initiative, offered twice a week for one hour

It is designed to help adults aged 65 and over improve strength, balance, and mobility

Falls are a significant health risk for older adults, but targeted exercises can help maintain activity levels and reduce the risk of falls

This program focuses on supporting underserved communities across Ottawa
