Service Description:

Fee subsidies are available for children from infancy to 12 years of age when their parent(s)/guardian(s) are:

Employed
Enrolled in an educational program
Participating in an approved training or re-training program
Experiencing a social need or supporting a child who has been identified as having special needs

Fee Subsidy is Available For:

Children from infant to five (5) years of age attending a licensed child care program enrolled in the Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care System (CWELCC) initiative in Leeds and Grenville.
Children who are enrolled in licensed child care, or School Board operated Extended Day Program, exclusively serving children age 6 to 12 years of age.
Children between 4 to 12 years of age enrolled in an eligible recreation camp program.

Based on the financial eligibility as set out by the Ministry of Education and the "eligible hours" of the parent(s) * eligible hours are hours a parent is unavailable to care for the child(ren) due to participation in education or employment * fee subsidy only applies to contracted licensed child care programs within Leeds and Grenville
